Ventus Wealth Management uses a repeatable and process-focused financial planning framework to bring value to our clients.
Every prospective client engagement starts with an initial Free Consultation, where we listen to and understand your unique circumstances in a conversational manner. This meeting is not a hard-sell pitch – you will do most of the talking!
First Steps
Our first interaction will be a virtual Free Consultation via video conferencing or telephone.
We will talk about your financial circumstances and goals.
The entire goal of this meeting is to determine fit and compatibility between our firm and you. If we are not a fit, we will help you find a firm that is.
Analysis
We utilize a 3-4 meeting initial analysis process to determine your present financial situation and how to best move forward.
These meetings are all conducted virtually:
- First Meeting: Core Values, Cash Flow, Debt Strategy
- Second Meeting: Goals and Goal Price Tagging
- Third Meeting: Investments, Insurance, Estate Considerations
- Additional Meetings: As Required
The analysis phase is heavy on data gathering and takes 3-6 months, depending on complexity and client responsiveness.
Application
Our thorough analysis period leads to a series of action steps to correct or improve your financial situation.
For Ongoing clients, we provide behavior coaching and accountability through regular check-in emails and phone calls during initial application. We have found regular communication maximizes implementation and adoption of our recommendations.
Our One-Time clients have complete access to our analysis but are responsible for self-implementation, application, and beyond.
Automation
Financial planning is a continuous process that requires consistent monitoring and updating.
After initial analysis and application, we systematically monitor performance of our recommendations through technology solutions and regular meetings with our clients:
- Semi-Annual Virtual Meeting: Video or phone call twice per year – spring and fall.
- Off-Quarter Communication: Email or phone call check-in to see how things are going – summer and winter.
- Available at anytime for additional questions and analysis.
